How much will it cost?
All charges assume delivery to one address
Delivery in the UK is £4.95.
For orders to Channel Isles, BFPO, Eire and all other countries we charge delivery at cost + £2.50 administration fee, and will quote this cost by e-mail to you before completing your order.
How long will it take?
We deal with your orders as quickly as possible. Orders will normally be despatched to arrive within 7 working days, subject to availability. However, during very busy periods please allow longer.
What if I order from overseas?
Overseas orders are usually delivered within 7-14 working days of despatch depending on which country you are in. Toys-Direct.biz will contact you by e-mail to confirm costs.
At Toy-Direct.biz we will always endeavour to get your order to you on time. However, if the item is out of stock for a prolonged period, one of our customer service reps will contact you via e-mail or phone to update you on the progress of your order.
